'B.C.' Developer Chat Coming Up

If you are interested in having a Dev Chat Session with the team working on B.C., this is your chance! Next Tuesday (27th April 2004) #intrepid channel on Quakenet will host its first chat. The moderated chat will start at 6:30 GMT, and there will be at least five members of the development team present at this chat. These will include; Peter Molyneux and Joe Rider, as well as many other members of Intrepid and Lionhead Studios.

Mythic Entertainment announced today that their flagship massively multiplayer game “Dark Age of Camelot” will be offering a new service to their subscribers beginning on April 27th. Known to players as “account splitting,” it allows players to transfer one or more characters from an existing account to a new account.

Namco Hometek Inc. announced today that it is bringing Ghosthunter, a dark and atmospheric third-person action-adventure game from Sony Computer Entertainment Europe’s Cambridge Studio, to the U.S. market. Scheduled for release on the PlayStation2 in August, Ghosthunter is set in a paranormal environment and features film-quality graphics with stunning ghost effects.

The sequel to the genre-bending phenomenon Backyard Wrestling: Don’t Try This At Home, Backyard Wrestling 2: There Goes The Neighborhood is currently in development by Paradox and will be available for videogame consoles including the Xbox in the Fall of 2004 in North America.
