Another day, another batch of games shipped to stores. Instead of giving them all their own posts, we grouped them, and so far there are announcements for:

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas (X360)

Developed by Ubisoft's award-winning Montreal studio, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas is the fifth iteration of the multimillion-selling tactical shooter franchise.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six makes its next-generation hardware debut in the most dramatic installment of the renowned first-person shooter franchise to date. Rainbow operatives take to the chaotic streets of Las Vegas as an escalating terrorist siege in "Sin City~T threatens to take world terrorism to new, uncontrollable heights. The future of global security hangs in the balance as you battle to defend classic Vegas locations and environments like Fremont Street, the Strip and casinos. Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Vegas will also be released for the PC on December 12, 2006, followed by the PS3 and the PSP, both on January 30, 2007.

Sonic Rivals (PSP)

In Sonic Rivals, players will unleash their own personalized moves and power-ups, launching fireballs, zapping each other with confusion attacks, and freezing rivals with ice attacks. Players will choose from Sonic, Shadow, Knuckles and the new character Silver, each with their own individual storylines. This brand new adventure delivers classic Sonic 2-D gameplay in a three dimensional world where players dash through twisting obstacles in immersive environments. Players will also challenge their skills in either single-player or multiplayer modes using the PSP system's wireless feature.

The evil Dr. Eggman is out to capture Sonic's friends in mysterious cards and it's up to Sonic, Knuckles, Silver and Shadow to compete against each other to save them.
Players can collect up to 150 cards in the game and use them to wager on the competition or use them to customize their character. For the first time, players will be able to unlock outfits for Sonic and his rivals including stylish tuxedos, leather, track suits, armor, shoes and more.

Developed in conjunction with SEGA by Backbone Entertainment, a division of Foundation 9 Entertainment, Sonic Rivals is rated "E" for Everyone by the ESRB with an MSRP of $39.95.

Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre (PS2)

Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre continues the Delta Force franchise with intense combat that includes two all new single-player campaigns as well as new weapons, squad commands and characters. To further enhance the playing experience, Delta Force Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre contains the largest multiplayer combat for the PlayStation 2 system with up to 32 players online in seven unique game types.

"Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre is an action-packed game from beginning to end that will thrill first person shooter fans looking for a fun multiplayer experience on the PlayStation 2," said Cindy Cook, chief strategy and marketing officer for Vivendi Games. Delta Force Black Hawk Down: Team Sabre is available exclusively for the PlayStation 2 system for a suggested retail price of $29.99, with an ESRB "T" for Teen rating.

Disney’s Chicken Little: Ace in Action (PS2/NDS)

Featuring characters from the “movie within a movie” ending of the film, in which Chicken Little and his misfit friends are represented by over-the-top Hollywood action hero versions of themselves, "Disney’s Chicken Little: Ace in Action" takes the crew to Pluto, Saturn, Venus and the moon to try to defeat notorious villains -- Foxy Loxy, Goosey Loosey and Sleazel Weasel.

“'Disney’s Chicken Little: Ace in Action' provided an exciting opportunity for our team to expand beyond the ending of the film and create a brand new story with great new characters and vibrant space environments,” said John Blackburn, vice president and general manager of Avalanche Software, a Buena Vista Games studio. “Action-hero Ace is ideally suited to star in this high-octane action game.”

"Disney’s Chicken Little: Ace in Action" allows players to traverse detailed interstellar locales with an assortment of out-of-this-world weaponry and unique vehicles. Gamers play as Ace on foot, Abby in a spaceship and Runt as a tank commander. In the PS2 version, the original Chicken Little character and his friends appear in cut scenes and provide commentary. Adam West ("Ace"), Zach Braff ("Chicken Little") and Joan Cusack (original "Abby") reprise their film roles as the voices of their characters. Humorous original cut scenes were written and created by Avalanche Software, the game’s developers.

Incorporating a 3D top-down view, the Nintendo DS version of "Disney’s Chicken Little: Ace in Action" takes advantage of the dual screens and wireless multiplayer capability of the system.

Developed by Avalanche Software, a Buena Vista Games studio, the PS2 version is rated E10+ for Everyone, while the NDS edition, developed by DC Studios, is rated E for Everyone. Both versions are now available for a suggested retail price of $29.99. A version for the Wii will be available in December for a suggested retail price of $39.99.

Star Wars: The Best of PC (PC)

Star Wars: The Best of PC includes five of the greatest Star Wars games ever for the personal computer, plus a free 14-day trial of Star Wars: Galaxies. This extensive compilation of award-winning games includes hundreds of hours of gameplay across many different genres, from action to strategy to role-playing, all in one box for one low price. Star Wars: The Best of PC is a limited-edition product that will be available only during the 2006 holiday season.

Star Wars: The Best of PC features titles from some of the most popular videogame franchises ever released. Combined, the games have sold millions of copies worldwide and, for the first time, are available in one box. Included in Star Wars: The Best of PC are: Star Wars: Empire at War, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Star Wars Battlefront, Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast, and Star Wars Republic Commando. In addition, a 14-day trial of the popular online experience, Star Wars Galaxies, is included in the package.

The Best of PC has shipped to stores in North America and is available now for a limited time at a suggested retail price of $39.99.

Totally Spies! 2: Undercover (GBA/NDS)

Totally Spies! is the hit animated TV series that stars three teenaged girl super-spies from Beverly Hills who fight international crime. On-air since 2001, Totally Spies! is shown in more than 100 markets worldwide, including the Cartoon Network in the USA. Totally Spies! 2: Undercover continues the adventures of Clover, Alex and Sam, who are catapulted into the world of international espionage where only their wit, attitude and high-tech gadgets can help them save the world.

Based on five new episodes of the TV series and featuring 25 levels of spy-tastic sneaking, dodging and chasing down mischief, Totally Spies! 2: Undercover combines elements of platforming, racing, flying, puzzling, battling and computer hacking. The girls carry high-tech gadgets such as the X-Powder, lipstick-microphone/camera and multi-functional charm bracelets to help get their homework done and save the world from super-villains. Dogz (NDS)

Currently among the top 10 Game Boy Advance titles, "Dogz" is already a proven brand, and is now making its DS debut! The title allows players to pick a pup from a wide selection of breeds and take it along as they explore and interact with friends in their virtual neighborhood.

The "Petz" series allows players to adopt and train their cuddly friends. Players create and control a cute furry pet that they choose from a selection of many different breeds. Players can take their pets everywhere within the virtual environment, starting inside the house and walking around the neighborhood to visit friends. Upcoming titles in the "Petz" series include, "Catz" PC and DS, "Horzes" PC, DS and PS2, and "Hamsterz Life" DS.

Lucinda Green's Equestrian Challenge (PS2)

Developed by IR Gurus Interactive -- the same team that created Equestriad 2001 and The Saddle Club: Willowbrook Stables -- Lucinda Green's Equestrian Challenge is a genre-defining game that is fun for the whole family.
