'Quantum Rush' Accepting Closed Beta Sign-ups

by Rainier on Dec. 11, 2013 @ 2:57 a.m. PST

The roar of engines, the frenzy of speed and loads of gunfire! Those are the ingredients that make up Quantum Rush, a new free-to-play online futuristic racer.

Stunning racetracks, a diversity of mounted weapons and pickup-items and an extensive racer customization system make for exciting races, in which the players earn credits for researching new and better tech and racers that will keep the game fun and interesting – for racing fans and casual gamers alike.

Quantum Rush aims to restore the genre of futuristic racing games to its former glory and take it a step further by making use of the perks of modern technology like powerful dedicated servers, broadband Internet connectivity and gorgeous 3D graphics.

The beta testers are a wild mix of gaming journalists, racing game experts and gamers from all over the world and they have the unique opportunity to enter the action-packed world of the brand new 3D racer, put every feature to the test and get their first impression of the game.

Although Quantum Rush just entered the closed beta, it already offers an entertaining mixture of strategic and action-packed gameplay.

Up to 20 players can enter a single race and struggle for the best pickups and compete for the first places.

The different race tracks provide not only eye candy and visual variety, but also test the pilots racing skills. For every single race track (and every single racer, too) the pilot needs a different strategy to be successful.

And if you just can't wait to get your hands on Quantum Rush, you can now try to get your own beta key on the official Quantum Rush website.
