While the bundle will also include all previous DLCs, the only other difference seems to be optimized graphics for the PS4 and Xbox One.
Batman Arkham HD Collection does not include Batman: Arkham Origins.
We will probably get more information tomorrow as the bundle should go on pre-order starting tomorrow (April 19).
