Digimon Story: Cybersleuth - Hacker's Memory is a Japanese RPG where you, after being accused of a crime you did not commit, have to dive into the digital world to prove your innocence.

Involved in the creation of this new game is; Kazumasa Habu – Producer, Suzuhito Yasuda - Character designer and Masafumi Takada – Composer.

You thought you knew everything tamers? It’s now time to unveil the truth by discovering the secrets about the mysterious events first seen in Digimon Story: Cybersleuth .

With Digimon Story: Cybersleuth - Hacker's Memory you’ll follow Keisuke Amazawa, the main protagonist accused of a crime he didn’t commit, who will have to dive into the Digital World and investigate to prove his innocence, even if that means joining a group of hackers and help them to solve the troubles threatening this mysterious universe…

At crossroads between real and digital, resolve the troubles of the threatened Digital World, raise and train more than 300 different Digimons and explore a wide range of battle strategies using Digimons’ skills, compatibilities and combos.


The new characters featured today include Chitose Imai, Nokia Shiramine, Agumon & Gabumon.

Chitose is a brand-new character who will be appearing in Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory. He is an emotional hacking genius who creates his own digital tools as weapons to be used in information warfare. He is also the vice leader of the hacker group, Hu Die. His partner Digimon is Ankylomon, an herbivorous Digimon with a brave spirit.

Nokia, who returns from Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth, is a young girl with a strong sense of justice who establishes a close emotional bond to the Digimon she meets. Nokia is a girl who truly cares for Digimon, forming a team called ‘Rebellion’ to protect Digimon in the Digital World.

Agumon & Gabumon were banished from the Digital World and they found a way to get to the EDEN network where they met Nokia and friends. They have a vague recollection of what happened before coming to the real world, but for sure they came with an important purpose in mind!

Also featured in today’s update is a glimpse of Digimon Story Cyber Sleuth: Hacker's Memory’s Territory Battle Quest system, which enables players to recruit characters to fight against hackers in unique battles with the goal of gaining more territorial control over the Digital World. Players must defeat enemy team leaders to secure their place in the Digital World. The Territory Battle Quest system also offers players the opportunity to interact with their team members and raise friendship levels in order to unlock special items and additional story elements.


Digimon Story: Cybersleuth - Hacker's Memory will be available both physically and digitally for the PS4 and in digital only for the Vita in 2017 (early 2018 in Europe), with Japanese voice-over and English/German subtitles.
