Dead by Daylight

Dead by Daylight is a multiplayer (4vs1) horror game where one player takes on the role of the savage Killer, and the other four players play as Survivors, trying to escape the Killer and avoid being caught, tortured and killed.

Survivors play in third-person and have the advantage of better situational awareness. The Killer plays in first-person and is more focused on their prey.

The Survivors' goal in each encounter is to escape the Killing Ground without getting caught by the Killer - something that sounds easier than it is, especially when the environment changes every time you play.

Key Features:

  • Survive Together… Or Not: Survivors can either cooperate with the others or be selfish. Your chance of survival will vary depending on whether you work together as a team or if you go at it alone. Will you be able to outwit the Killer and escape their Killing Ground?
  • Where Am I?: Each level is procedurally generated, so you'll never know what to expect. Random spawn points mean you will never feel safe as the world and its danger change every time you play.
  • A Feast for Killers: Dead by Daylight draws from all corners of the horror world. As a Killer you can play as anything from a powerful Slasher to terrifying paranormal entities. Familiarize yourself with your Killing Grounds and master each Killer's unique power to be able to hunt, catch and sacrifice your victims.
  • Deeper and Deeper: Each Killer and Survivor has their own deep progression system and plenty of unlockables that can be customized to fit your own personal strategy. Experience, skills and understanding of the environment are key to being able to hunt or outwit the Killer.
  • Real People, Real Fear: The procedural levels and real human reactions to pure horror makes each game session an unexpected scenario. You will never be able to tell how it's going to turn out. Ambience, music, and chilling environments combine into a terrifying experience. With enough time, you might even discover what's hiding in the Fog.

While True: learn()

while True: learn() is a puzzle/simulation game about even more puzzling stuff: machine learning, neural networks, big data and AI. But most importantly, it’s about understanding your cat.

In this game, you play as a coder who accidentally found out that their cat is extremely good at coding, but not as good at speaking human language. Now this coder (it’s you!) must learn all there is to know about machine learning and use visual programming to build a cat-to-human speech recognition system.

  • Learn how machine learning works in real life!: The game is loosely based on real-life machine learning technologies: from goofy Expert Systems to mighty Recurrent Neural Networks, capable of predicting the future. Don’t worry: it all plays out as a puzzle game. No coding experience required!
  • Train yourself into a data science wizard!: Drag objects around your screen with a mouse! Connect them with lines (oh yeah)! Try. Fail. Optimize. Try again. Then press “Release” button and see that sweet pieces of data flow smoothly through your screen.
  • Embrace an adventurous lifestyle of a machine learning specialist!: Designing a groundbreaking technology requires time, experience and money. That means you’ll have to work as a freelancer, with all the excitement that comes along with it. Receive emails! Accept contracts! Sit alone in a dark room for days without saying a single word! Socialize on forums! That’s what real data scientists do!
  • Coding just got real!: Our quests are based on actual problems, solved by machine learning. This includes building a self-driving car (with your cat as a pilot). And if you really want to test your programming might, you can become a CTO of a startup: it’s your skills and your schemes against the savage laws of the market! Earn a fortune, flip off your bosses and become a tech guru… Or lose everything and crawl back to the doorstep of HR department: at least it was worth trying, right?
  • Improve your gear, improve your life!: Once you ensure a stable cashflow, you’ll be able to buy yourself a bunch of fancy hardware to improve your performance. But it’s not just about the hardware! Buy yourself a new smartphone or a geeky figurine! Buy fancy outfits for your cat! Hell, you can even buy yourself an aloe!
  • Fun fact: This is what machine learning specialists actually do. Now, you can become one of them (minus the money)! while True: learn() is the best game about being a data science specialist because no one else has been weird enough to make another one!

theHunter: Call of the Wild

Never before have you experienced a hunting game like theHunter: Call of the Wild. Plunge into an atmospheric open world, teeming with life: from the majestic true-to-life animals to the rustling of leaves above you as you stalk your prey. You can decide to hunt on your own or join up and hunt together with friends. Just remember, you are not just a visitor in this world, you are a living and breathing part of it. As you finally spot the majestic crown of your first red deer through the brush, the feeling is indescribable.

Each reserve is meticulously crafted to be as convincing as possible, letting you step into different regions of the world and traverse its rich biomes. Soon you will learn which animals prefer to travel through which terrains, analysing their authentic behaviors, traits and movement patterns to better pursue them. Then it’s up to you to make an assessment of the value of your target, from the size and symmetry of the antlers of a red deer to the weight and unique plumage of a canada goose, to determine if the animal is worth taking the shot for.

Create your own Hunting experience. With a wide range of options, stretching from rifles to bows, each with different types of ammunition and suited for differently sized animals, it's up to you to find your favourites and regularly practice your aim as you account for wind and bullet drop alike. Additionally, you have various callers and scents to allow you to lure your target towards you, setting up the perfect spot to finally line up the shot.

theHunter: Call of the Wild offers unique multiplayer options. It is up to you whether you decide to collaborate or compete, as there are several in-game challenges and frequent hunting events that you can all pursue. Additionally, if you want to visit and hunt in one of the paid DLC reserves, you can simply join the game of someone who owns it and get to hunting.

theHunter: Call of the Wild continues to evolve, with regularly released free and paid content to help enrich the overall experience. From new reserves and different weapon and equipment packs to a more realistic generation of antlers and horns (TruRACs), the team is constantly striving to add more to the game.
