Train Sim World 2 puts you in the cab of iconic machines on three renowned routes, all with exclusive firsts. Feel the thrill of German ICE high-speed with Köln Schnellfahrstrecke, control the raw power of CSX on Sand Patch Grade for the first time on console and master the complex station operations of the world-famous London Underground with the Bakerloo Line.

You’ll be able to personalise your experience with new custom tools. Get creative with the Livery Designer to build custom liveries for your Train Sim World 2 locomotives and use the Scenario Planner to drive what you want, where you want, as you plan out scenarios for your routes.

The proprietary SimuGraph vehicle dynamics engine has evolved, adding adhesion physics for the first time. Feel the wheel slip and slide in adverse weather and the added challenge of control on steep inclines.

Get clearer information on instructions, gradient and speed profiles as you drive, including new HUD displays, clarity to the onboard safety systems, brake controls, power meter and accelerometer. A new controller scheme will give great choices on Camera and Driving modes and allows easier access from external camera mode to enter another vehicle in your consist, all while full physics and simulation are still running.

An upgraded engine allows for greater visual fidelity, giving Train Sim World 2 dynamic skies and 4K support across all platforms.

If you already own Train Sim World, you’ll be able to bring your existing Add-On collection with you to Train Sim World 2. Preserved Collection will ensure you can continue your hobby and play your content in Train Sim World 2.

Rush Hour takes the authentic simulation gameplay the series is known for and places players in the operators seat of commuter trains navigating busy rail networks with tight schedules.

Train Sim World 2: Rush Hour comes with a brand-new passenger system. As players drive from station-to-station on the three busy routes they will see a greater variety in passengers, and higher passenger volumes at peak times on platforms. All recreating the hustle and bustle of rush hour.

Take on the busiest and fastest passenger rail line in the United States and explore the famed Northeast Corridor: Boston – Providence with Amtrak's ACS-64 ‘City Sprinter’ and MBTA's F40PH-3. Navigate the hectic Brighton Main Line: London Victoria – Brighton, with Southern's BR Class 377/4 and Gatwick Express BR Class 387 EMUs. Master Regional, Express, S-Bahn or Inter-City Express services on Bahnstrecke Riesa – Dresden with four locomotives to master, including the iconic DB BR 442 'Talent 2'. All authentically recreated and officially licensed. 

Alongside the release of Rush Hour, Train Sim World 2 will upgrade to Unreal Engine 4.26 along with new features focused on immersion and released on next generation for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. Playing on these new consoles gives the advantage of faster load times, higher frame rate and improved visuals resulting in a smooth gameplay experience.

The Train Sim World 2 update and next generation versions will be released alongside Rush Hour later this summer.
