SEGA revealed today that Hello Kitty will be rolling into Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania as a playable character!

A cheerful and happy girl with a heart of gold, the London-born Hello Kitty joins AiAi and the monkey gang on their latest adventure in Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania. She brings friendship and kindness to Jungle Island, where she joins a star-studded team that includes Morgana from Persona 5, Beat from Jet Set Radio, Kiryu from Yakuza, and beloved duo Sonic the Hedgehog and Miles “Tails” Prower. As she always says, “You can never have too many friends!”

Hello Kitty is one of the final new members joining the monkey gang and her DLC will be immediately available to friends and fans everywhere at launch.

The supercute global icon will be available as a DLC character for $4.99 on all platforms when Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania launches.

In addition to the standard edition of the game, SEGA will also release a Digital Deluxe edition of Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania featuring six additional classic character skins, three legendary console skins, 10 customizable Items and classic soundtrack. There will also be a special 20th Anniversary Edition of the game available at retail outlets that includes an art book, reversible cover, collectable sleeve and 10 cosmetic Items.

Super Monkey Ball Banana Mania, rated E 10+, will release on October 5, 2021 for Nintendo Switch, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, and PC (Steam) for $39.99 (console) and $29.99 (PC). The Digital Deluxe edition will retail for $49.99.
