The sequel to Supersonic Acrobatic Rocket-Powered Battle-Cars, Rocket League expands on its successful pedigree with improved graphics and physics systems, a robust new single-player campaign, considerable customization options, and a fully-charged multiplayer game geared for a next-generation action-sports experience.

Rocket League is a futuristic action-sports game where players pilot rocket-powered vehicles in an enhanced version of soccer by driving their vehicles into the ball and other players in a variety of arenas. Rocket League uses an advanced physics system to simulate realistic interactions between cars and the ball, where mass and momentum determine how hard balls and cars hit each other, creating a unique and visceral playing experience.

In celebration of the 30th Anniversary of Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, content themed after Jack Skellington and the citizens of Halloween Town are coming to the annual Rocket League Haunted Hallows in-game event!

This year’s Haunted Hallows will feature new Event Challenges with Halloween Town-themed items, a collection of bone-chilling new content in the Item Shop, and two Halloween-themed Limited Time Modes (LTMs). 

Haunted Hallows content including themed content from Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas is:

• New Haunted Hallows Event Challenges - Players can complete Event Challenges to unlock items themed after the citizens of Halloween Town such as the Vampire Teddy Antenna, Mayor of Halloween Town Topper, Giant Snake Wheels, and more. Additional Challenge rewards will be Halloween-themed items and Golden Pumpkins that will unlock items from Turbo, Elevation, and Zephyr Item Series. 
• New Item Shop Content - The Jack Skellington Bundle, which includes the Jack Skellington Octane Decal, Spiral Hill Wheels, Jack Skellington Goal Explosion, Jack Skellington Player Banner, Zero Topper, and “This is Halloween” Player Anthem (also available separately), will be available for 1500 Credits. In addition, the Oogie Boogie Bundle will feature the Oogie Boogie Universal Decal, Oogie's Winch Wheels, and Oogie's Worms Boost for 800 Credits and the Sandy Claws Bundle will feature the Sandy Claws Topper and Man-Eating Wreath Wheels for 500 Credits. A universal Sally Decal will also be available for 300 Credits. All items mentioned above will be included in the The Nightmare Before Christmas Mega Bundle for 2000 Credits.
• Farmstead (Spooky) Arena Variant - The Farmstead (Spooky) Arena Variant returns for Haunted Hallows.
• Spooky Cube and Haunted Heatseeker LTMs - Spooky Cube returns from October 18 to October 24. In this mode, the cubic shaped ball in Super Cube mode is replaced with a speedy cubic shaped jack-o'-lantern. Haunted Heatseeker mode will also return from October 24 to November 1. 

THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS BRINGS JOY TO HAUNTED HALLOWS

Everybody makes a scene on Halloween, and for this Haunted Hallows Event we’re spreading the holiday fear with ghoulish goods inspired by Disney Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas. Jack Skellington, Sally, Oogie Boogie, and Sandy Claws items are coming to Rocket League! Complete event Challenges to earn skull-rattling rewards, or test your courage as two Limited Time Modes emerge from the shadows.

Hop into Farmstead (Spooky) Arena and smash that pumpkin! In the Spooky Cube Limited Time Mode, the ball has been replaced by a super speedy jack-o-lantern. You’ll need quick reflexes to chase down this ghastly gourd once it begins bouncing around the Arena on October 18.

HAUNTED HEATSEEKER

Tired of dribbling? Nothing a little possession can’t fix. In Haunted Heatseeker, you’ll find that a ghastly presence takes control of the ball, launching it across the Arena with even the slightest of touches. Be wary, for if your opponent manages to block this powerful shot it will bounce right back towards your own goal instead! Players who prefer tricks over treats might even choose to sneak across the Arena for a quick Demo.
