To avoid spending money on a hotel, he rents an apartment from Zinaida Petrovna, the owner of an old Soviet-style apartment block. The first few days you simply work on your report. But one evening you return to the apartment and find it in chaos, as if it’s been searched - and from that moment everything goes to hell.
You’ve ended up in a house no one talks about out loud. People disappear, stories don’t match, and answers seem to vanish on their own. Your recordings, photos, and notes become the only thread leading to Zinaida Petrovna’s secret - and what she does to her tenants.
But the closer you get to the truth, the more questions appear - not about her, but about you. Who are you really, why are you here, and why did you become part of this story so quickly?
Mother Zina is built on tension and observation: you must notice details, connect events, and move forward by understanding what’s happening.
