Into The Dead: Our Darkest Days is a side-scrolling shelter survival game that tasks players with guiding a group of desperate survivors from refuge to refuge in an attempt to get everyone out of the city alive. 

Scavenge for supplies, craft tools and weapons, fight off the dead, and keep moving as the zombie threat closes in. While their experiences will lead survivors to gain new skills, players will also need to manage their physical and psychological needs because in this world, there are no second chances — and death is permanent.

Developer and publisher PikPok announced that Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days will officially leave Early Access on Steam and launch its full 1.0 release in March 2027, bringing its gripping survival experience to players across Steam, the Epic Games Store, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 2, and GeForce NOW.

To celebrate the announcement, PikPok released an all-new gameplay trailer showcasing a fresh look at the desperate struggle for survival, expanded gameplay systems, and the harrowing choices awaiting players when the full game launches next March.

Since entering Early Access, Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days has grown through player feedback and continuous updates, expanding its survival systems, refining gameplay, and introducing new content to create the most complete version of the experience yet.
