Mark Buckingham: Quantic Dream returns, having given us the powerful and unusual and moving Heavy Rain, to give us another photorealistic supernatural thriller about a girl with psychic powers. The story, writing, delivery, and just about everything else about Heavy Rain made it rival some of the best tales Hollywood has spun. If they can do the same with Beyond, fans of suspenseful thrillers should be in for a real treat. Also, it has Ellen-freaking-Page in it. Win.

Dustin Chadwell: Despite being filled with plot holes and questionable voice acting, Heavy Rain is still one of the few memorable platform exclusives I've played on the PS3. The E3 2013 debut of Beyond: Two Souls looks really promising. As a continuation of the groundwork built by Heavy Rain, the title is bolstered by some Hollywood talent that could shore up some of the shortcomings of Heavy Rain. Plus, it looks absolutely gorgeous, demonstrating why this console generations has managed to last as long as it has.

Chris "Atom" DeAngelus: Quantic Dream's games are known to be a mix between interactive fiction and a Hollywood movie. Beyond: Two Souls looks like it may blend that line even further. Starring Ellen Page as Jodie Holmes, the story follows Holmes through her life as she deals with some kind of ghostly presence that's along for the ride. Billed as a horror/thriller, it looks like it has to the potential to be Quantic Dream's most intense game to date. Info on the gameplay is still scarce, but there's a lot of potential based on their previous games.

Brian Dumlao: Quantic Dream has shown that it can craft a gripping story, and this looks to be no different. The same can be said for the graphics, which look shades better than the developer's previous PS3-exclusive effort, Heavy Rain. The only question left to answer is whether there will be more action outside of the Quick Time Events.
