Don King Presents: Prizefighter is a documentary-style boxing game, featuring a documentary-style narrative career mode, training, and will require you to also manage personal relationships outside of the ring.

Beltion: Beyond Ritual is Rostok-Games' alternative fantasy RPG, in development since 2004. Beltion allows the player a freeform gameplay with a mix of fantasy and historical reality of medieval Europe.

THQ announced that Age of Empires: Mythologies, inspired by the PC series Age of Empires and developed from the ground up for Nintendo DS, allowing players to strategize as legendary heroes, commanding massive armies and shaping the destinies of three unique cultures in both single and multi-player campaigns.

Ninja Gaiden II developer Tomonobu Itagaki, also know for the Dead or Alive series, has decided to leave Tecmo and pursue other opportunities. On his way out Itagaki has filed lawsuit against Tecmo for unpaid completion bonuses, unreasonable and disingenuous statements, claiming damages in total of 148 million yen.

Saints Row 2, using Volition's open-world engine, offers vastly expanded customization options, a totally transformed and expanded city of Stilwater, new vehicles, sandbox tools and toys as well as both online co-op and competitive multiplayer. GameTap expanded its partnership with Interplay to include multi-year worldwide rights for the company’s titles, such as Fallout, MDK and Descent, to be available for download in its online store and for subscription, as well as free ad-supported, play.

With Guitar Hero: Aerosmith due out in a matter of weeks, and later this year Guitar Hero: World Tour, Activision is planning even further ahead. Wedbush Morgan Securities analyst Edward Woo sifted through the game section of Activision's latest SEC filing and revealed that the soon-merging publisher is planning to release Guitar Hero: Metallica in Q1 of 2009. No further details were available, except a confirmation of that the next James Bond title will carry the same name as the movie, Quantum of Solace.
