Namco announced today Stargate SG-1: The Alliance, a squad based first-person shooter based on the acclaimed television series. Featuring innovative team gameplay, robust multiplayer features and an original "Stargate" storyline, Stargate SG-1: The Alliance will be coming to major console systems and the PC in Fall 2005.

Atlus U.S.A. announced today that it has shipped Spike's action-packed adventure game, Samurai Western, to retailers nationwide, From the creators of the original Tenchu and The Way of the Samurai series, Samurai Western is an enhanced version of the Japanese game that was released earlier in the year.

After the initial North American patch, Atari has now also released the first patch for the European edition of Deep Shadows' FPS/RPG Boiling Point: Road to Hell.
