(SCEI) announced today that cumulative worldwide shipment of its PlayStation2 computer entertainment system reached 60 million units on September 6, 2003 (Figures that Microsoft and Nintendo can only dream of). Since its launch in Japan on March 4, 2000, sales of PlayStation 2 have grown rapidly around the world and it continues to gain worldwide popularity while reaffirming its position as the standard entertainment platform in homes. The US Army have released a small client-side patch for their online multiplayer FPS game America's Army. This patch does not change your version number, and is not required but adresses a few minor issues such as auth problems when completing training, server browser filtering by Honor, resolutions should be available in drop-down box on Video Settings page and admin scoreboard when connecting to Official and Leased servers.
