Starting in March 2002, the Extreme Ghostbusters are preparing for a battle against ectoplasmic invasions in “Extreme Ghostbusters Code Ecto-1” on Game Boy™ Advance!

Activision today confirmed that it has secured the North American publishing rights to Bloody Roar for the GameCube. For its North American release, the game, titled Bloody Roar Extreme in Japan, will be renamed to Bloody Roar: Primal Fury. The game will have five single-player modes and two two-player head-to-head modes. Release is set to Spring 2002.

It also adds the ability to manually jump between the two clusters, and gives you trades for some advanced weaponry, so you can explore and pirate as you wish, and get any items you may have missed while playing through the game. Bigben Interactive, Europe's leading independent interactive distributor, today announced a new price point for Sega's 128bit next generation online gaming console, the Dreamcast. With immediate effect the Dreamcast will retail everywhere in stores at £69.99.

Kyoto, Japan Ð Nintendo, the second-largest video-game console maker, said it will ship more GameCube consoles than planned to meet demand in the US. Kyoto-based Nintendo, which expected to sell four million GameCube consoles by March, will send "several hundred thousand more," spokesman Yasuhiro Minagawa said. Nintendo will ship 4.5 million consoles, the Nihon Keizai newspaper said on Sunday.

Seems that we missed this one yesterday.. RPGPlanet has received confirmation of rumours today that Funcom has temporarily laid off part of their staff and put their viking MMORPG Midgard on hold.
