Groove Games has announced today that Digital Extremes’ highly anticipated first-person shooter, Pariah, has gone gold and has begun manufacturing. Created for the Xbox and PC, Pariah packs a punch with an in-depth storyline driven single-player campaign and robust multi-player action including a map editor that allows gamers to continually create new content for the game. Pariah will ship worldwide to retail stores the week of May 2nd.

'Diablo III' In The Works?

Fansite Diablo II.net sends word that they have received a very interesting email from one of their readers. Said person claims to be a musician in the Slovak Republic and has returned from a session in Bratislava, with the local Radio Symphony Orchestra, where they just recorded music for Diablo III. To further substansiate that claim, Diablo II.net noticed that Blizzard's recording session for Diablo II: Lord of Destruction was also held in Bratislava, Slovakia, with the Slovak Radio Philharmonic. Too much of a coincidence? Maybe E3 will bring a surprise announcement ...

Turner Broadcasting Launches GameTap

Turner Broadcasting System today unveiled GameTap, a broadband entertainment network that offers games-on-demand plus original programming via a broadband connected PC. GameTap will launch fall 2005, monthly subscriptions will be anywhere from $10-20, and so far 17 publishers have signed up for over 300 titles.
