Founders of the Pirate Bay BitTorrent Web site have been found guilty of assisting in making copyright content available. Carl Lundström, Fredrik Neij, Peter Sunde and Gottfrid Svartholm were each sentenced to a year in prison and must pay a total of $3,620,000 in damages. Early U.S. sales of the new NDSi are ahead of those for NDS Lite, according to Nintendo's internal tracking numbers. In its first week, NDSi sold 435,000 in the United States, while the NDS Lite had sold 226,300 systems after the same amount of time on the U.S. market after its launch.
