SEGA's Condemned 2: Bloodshot is a first-person action thriller immersing players in a world of psychological terror, featuring all-new fighting mechanics and online multiplayer functionality. Monolith Productions' Senior Producer Dave Hasle tells us more about the issues revolving the cinematics.

So Blonde, written by Broken Sword's Steve Ince, is an adventure game based around beautiful (anti-)heroine Sunny Blonde, featuring jet black humor that goes far beyond trite clichés, gorgeous cartoon graphics, puzzling riddles and a ton of gameplay surprises.

Ship Simulator 2008 is a simulation game that puts players at the helm of some of the most varied and detailed ships to be found at sea. This v1.3 update works for all language versions, introduces multiplayer capabilities, in-game download and rating of custom missions, and realism.

In Dark Messiah of Might and Magic: Elements, players will be introduced to the dark and unforgiving world of Ashan, scarred by a bloody history and threatened by the apocalyptic prophecy of the Dark Messiah. Ubisoft has released a single/multiplayer demo for its action/RPG, now available on Xbox Live.

Hellgate: London is an immersive first-person perspective RPG with a completely randomized world that offers a unique experience every time you play, introducing a demon-ridden place where the last survivors of the human race must meld science and magic to survive. Flagship rolled out the v0.7 patch tweaking skills, fixing memory issues, UI changes, and adding the Transmogrifier for subscription members.

The Chronicles of Spellborn is an MMORPG set in the Enclave of the Five Sacrifices. Developed by Dutch studio Spellborn, previously known for Alpha Black Zero, it uses the Unreal 2.5 Engine. The lead audio designer got to try his hand at level design and shares some details about the design process.

Sony is ending the year with a bang by rolling out a huge PlayStation Store update. Just like on XBL, EA has released new Rock Band tracks, a free We Three Kings Guitar Hero track, and PS3-exclusive content with Warhawk Omega Dawn Booster Pack ($7.99), Folklore Holiday Add-On (free), MotorStorm Holiday Skin (free) and 2 High Stakes: Poker Edition Add-Ons (free). On top of that, there are 4 new downloadable games: Toy Home ($9.99), Snakeball (free demo, $9.99 full game), Trials of Topoq ($4.99) and Mesmerize: Distort ($1.99). There is also a demo for Midway's Blacksite: Area 51 and the usual slew of game and movie trailers.

Devil May Cry 4 is the 4th installment in Capcom's series starring Dante, the gunslinging demon hunter, and introducing a new hero, Nero, who possesses a demonic arm that can pull in enemies or use them as projectiles. Sony revealed a DMC 4 special edition PS3 will be released in Japan, for US$422 (47,800yen), which includes the game and a ceramic white or clear black console.
