Square Enix announced that it is bringing the Kingdom Hearts franchise to handhelds. Kingdom Hearts: Birth by Sleep for the PSP is set in "the distant past," and will be similar to the PS2 titles, focused on single-player. At the Tokyo Game Show Sony revealed that its 3D online user community service, originally scheduled for fall 2007, is delayed until spring 2008. The 'Home' service, will enable users to create their own avatar and explore a real-time virtual community, as if they are playing a detailed 3D game.
