Commander: Europe at War is the first in a series of high level turn based strategy games, jointly developed by Firepower Entertainment and Slitherine Software. This v1.02 patch fixes bugs, improving the UI, adding new features, adjusting game balance and minor tweaks to the AI.

Epic's VP Mark Rein revealed they have been served with a lawsuit by Too Human developer Silicon Knights, but he refused to comment further on the matter, as advised by the legal department. Silicon Knights' president Denis Dyack, however, claims Epic's breach of contract forced them to proceed this way because "Epic simply refuses to acknowledge the inadequacies of the Unreal Engine 3 code it provides to its licensees," resulting in serious financial loss to SK and other developers. Enemy Territory: Quake Wars pits the armies of Earth against the invading alien Strogg in this online strategic shooter. Featuring team play, persistent character promotions, day and nighttime combat missions, and the universe's most powerful weapons and vehicles. While an official release date has not been set, EBGames has updated the PC product page, pushing back the launch until Sept. 3, 2007.
