SCEA has updated the PlayStation Store with demos for Stranglehold and NBA Live 08, as well as updates for MotorStorm (Revenge Weekend add-on includes a new track, 4 new vehicles, 9 races and a new online mode) and Ninja Gaiden Sigma (first of three updates, includes 5 survival modes for $2.99).

SCEA is offering 10 classic PSOne titles (2Xtreme, Crash Bandicoot, Destruction Derby, Jet Moto, Jumping Flash, MediEvil, Rally Cross, Syphon Filter, Tekken 2 and WipeOut) on the PlayStation Store for download and play on PS3, as well as Super Rub a Dub and Gauntlet II which are downloadable in their entirety.

SCEA today will serve up a fresh batch of PS3 goodies on the PlayStation Store with a video of PlayStation Home, a free demo of Major League Baseball 2K7, and brand-spankin' new trailers of Warhawk and Super Rub'A'Dub. Trailers for some of the year's hottest upcoming movies will also be available for download.

Def Jam: Icon infuses hip-hop music, culture and lifestyle into the gameplay, bringing unique and innovative content to the next generation of gaming. Sony announced that tomorrow PS3 owners will be able to download a demo for EA's Def Jam Icon, as well as free trailers for Resistance: Fall of Man, Disturbia, Premonition, and Shooter.

Currently only available in Japan, Namco Bandai Games America announced that Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection, will be available later this month to North American gamers as an exclusive download from the PlayStation Store.

SCEA announced the North American release of Gran Turismo HD Concept, available for free download on the PS3's PlayStation Store. Polyphony Digital Inc's driving game features an all-new course for players to be the first to drive a Ferrari on a PS3, as well as the option to select a car from nine other manufacturers including Infiniti, Lotus, Mitsubishi, Nissan and Suzuki.
