Cross of the Dutchman is an action-adventure game based on the folk legend of “Grutte” Pier Gerlofs Donia. In Cross of the Dutchman, you as the player take the role of Grutte Pier, a Frisian freedom fighter from the 16th century.

What's the deal with companies all of a sudden adding a "you can't sue us" clause in their user agreements?
