No official announcements have been made by EA yet, but if a new title was worked on last year already, maybe we'll get word of it soon.

L4D2 promises to set a new benchmark for co-operative action games, adding melee combat to enable deeper co-operative gameplay, with items such as a chainsaw, frying pan, axe, baseball bat, and more. Hydrophobia is a survival adventure about conquering fear in a series of entirely dynamic flooded environments. Developed by Dark Energy Digital, comprised of former Blade Interactive execs, Hydrophobia's story has divvied up into three parts, each about 5 hours long, expected to be released within a 12 month period. If the game turns out to be popular, there's content for an additional three installments.
