EA announced today that it is lowering prices on its upcoming current generation PS2 and Xbox prices. This week Fight Night Round 3 is getting released, and should be in most retail stores by now, and gamers will only have to pay $39.99 for it, instead of the usual $49.99. But EA is not stopping with this one title, as also The Godfather and BLACK will be sold at that same price, a 20% reduction.

a "change of pre-order date" email from Best Buy's customer care service obtained by Joystiq reveals that Nintendo's Legend of Zelda: The Twilight Princess might be pushed back to November 1st, 2006. Officially Nintendo does not comment on speculations and has not narrowed any sort of release date down beyond a vague "2006."

Paradox Interactive announced that it is expanding and has opened a second office in New York City headed by Marketing Executive Susana Meza. Based on the blockbuster apocalyptic series by Tim LaHaye and Jerry B. Jenkins, Left Behind: Eternal Forces is an RTS game allowing you to join the Tribulation Forces and participate actively in the battle of good versus evil. A fire ripped through downtown New York on Saturday and reports indicate that the complex houses Take Two subsidiary 2K Games and Global Star. According to CBS the fire started late Saturday night in the building, which houses numerous offices for businesses such as American Eagle Outfitters, Prada, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, the Guggenheim Museum, and of course 2K Games. Located on the 3rd floor, FDNY Chief of Operations said "It was a really difficult fire to fight, lot of hidden voids. It got up into some duct work on the first floor and traveled up to the fourth floor."
