Our dinner party last night was a raging success. The initial plan was for a casual get-together with our neighbor, daughter and her future son-in-law, but as mentioned earlier, the number of guests ballooned from five to 10 (and two more showed up during the course of the dinner) because other people just invited themselves as word spread. It took us all afternoon slaving in the kitchen, but based on the feedback, it was a resounding hit. Maybe we should start WorthEating soon ...
We'll be rubbing our fat bellies for the rest of the evening/morning, but let's get some news rolling while we're at it.

The weekend has arrived! Time to relax a little and play some games. When I'm not grinding away in
CrimeCraft, I have been checking out
Greed: Black Border, and I must admit I'm totally loving that little game. Old-school isometric view, lots of creepy crawlers, a little bit of RPG elements, and lots of firepower. What's not to like right?
This weekend, we have a big party to prepare for. It started out with us planning to cook for three friends, but oddly enough, additional people invited themselves when they heard about it, and it ballooned to nine. Guess that's somehow a good thing.
Last night, we had a little "24" marathon and watched three episodes back to back, which had us sitting on the edge of our couch. In case you had not heard the news, Fox has stated that
this will be the final season, but there will be a "24" movie in the works.
