THQ Announces Settlement of Class Action Lawsuit

Infogrames Announces 'The Temple Of Elemental Evil'

The newest issue of Computer Games magazine has a brief article on an upcoming Dungeons & Dragons PC RPG called "The Temple Of Elemental Evil". Based on a classic 1985 D&D pen-and-paper module from its creator Gary Gygax, the article states that the developer of the game will be Trokia, who previously developed the "steampunk" RPG Arcanum. The game is scheduled to be released via publisher Infogrames in the latter half of 2003, according to the report (thanks HomeLan).

The upcoming Unreal engine-based first person shooter Devastation now has a major contest available online at Devastation and Grathius. It's not your standard "type name, hit enter" kind of experience, either. At Grathius, the Web site for the fictional corporate oppressor in the game, you will be taken through an interactive experience that will introduce some of the game's main characters and concepts. You'll hack into the corporate site with the help of Resistance member Baxter, delete profiles of main characters and help Baxter gain access to some of Grathius' top-secret technology.
