Ubisoft announced sales for the 1st quarter of fiscal year 2006-07, which ended June 30, 2006. Revenue increase from €43M to €70M (62% increase). Today Ubisoft announced that it has signed an agreement with Capcom to distribute Resident Evil 4, Onimusha 3 and Devil May Cry 3: Dante's Awakening Special Edition for the PC. Ubisoft will distribute Capcom's games in North American and European territories beginning in February 2006 with the release of Onimusha 3: Demon Siege.

PCGamer's rumor column suggested that Capcom might be bringing RE4 to PC, which was fueled by this
online retailer list, scheduled for March 2006. Earlier today a Capcom community admin confirmed that RE4 was indeed on its way but would be a 3rd party product. So far this has only been confirmed by Capcom Europe, not North America (

Onimusha 3 to PC through a third party, so this isn't much of a stretch.

During E3 Capcom announced that it would be bringing Resident Evil 4 to the PS2, and that it would include brand new features, enhancements and exciting surprises. Ever since rumors have been floating around, but today a few extras were already unveiled. For starters, RE4 for PS2 will support widescreen mode, but most importantly feature a completely new and exclusive weapon, the P.R.L 412, which stands for Plagas Removal Laser, has the ability to eradicate parasites from the hosts body.

Capcom announced today that Resident Evil 4 will be released on PS2 and Gamecube. Capcom had initially announce RE4 to be a Gamecube exclusive, but reactions from the public suggested that Resident Evil 4 is to be expanded to other platforms other than the Gamecube, and that is why Capcom made the decision to do so. RE4 is expected on the Gamecube early 2005, while Europe has a Spring 2005 release date. The Playstation2 edition has a tentative release date of "end 2005" for all territories.
