Data Design Interactive, a wholly owned subsidiary of Green Solutions Ltd., announced today that they have secured the license to create a driving game based on the Official FX4 London Black Cab. London Taxi will be set in London England, complete with landmarks such as: Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, and Hyde Park.

Everyone's favorite yellow cab is back! You might remember the original Space Taxi. It was a very popular Commodore 64 title back in 1984 when it was first released. This is the first official sequel. It was created by Twilight Games with the help of the original author John F. Kutcher.

IGN-Cube reports that Acclaim will be bringing Crazy Taxi to the Gamecube and it will be avaliable this November 2001. Crazy Taxi 1 and 2 have been out for the Dreamcast for months now and now its time for Gamecube.
