sue developer Double Fine to stop the release of Brütal Legend claiming it never relinquished its rights, and will suffer irreparable harm if it looses the game, and revenue generated by post release downloadable content. After the
Vivendi/Activision merger, negotiations with DF failed when the developer requested more time & money to complete the game, at which point
EA swooped in and picked up the game in Dec. 2008.
