While the Consumer Electronics Show doesn't start until next week (Jan. 7 - 10 in Las Vegas), Sony has already put up its CES 2008 website showing off its latest electronic products, including the PS3 and PSP. While details are still limited, the PSP section of the site does reveal a possible new feature to be unveiled at the show, support for Skype's free online voice chat/phone service. Sony recently brought a microphone on the market for the PSP, so adding Skype support through a firmware update is likely.

Apart from the new tracks revealed earlier today, a new Guitar Hero III update has been rolled out, which is available worldwide on the X360 and for North American PS3s (the European and Australian update has been submitted to Sony, but not approved yet). The update enables the Hyperspeed cheat in online games, adds the Co-Op Quickplay mode on PS3, calibration improvements, various stability improvements and fixes.

Ubisoft raised its guidance for fiscal 2007-08, mainly due to Assassin's Creed's record sales performance, which is expected to sell 5 million units through next year, and updated its games release schedule to reveal delays for Brothers In Arms Hell's Highway, Far Cry 2 and Tom Clancy's EndWar.
