Namco Bandai Europe has completed its purchase of Atari’s global PAL distribution operation, with the entity re-named Namco Bandai Partners with immediate effect, which will distributes titles worldwide, excluding Japan and North America, from Namco Bandai Games, Atari and other major international video game publishers.

announced that it plans to acquire D3Publisher, so both companies can work together in order to strengthen global developments and expand business, especially overseas. Namco Bandai has already reached an agreement with share holders to purchase 70% of D3P's shares, and hopes to acquire the full 100% shortly.
