D3Publisher of America and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment today announced a licensing agreement for DC Comics/Vertigo's 100 Bullets, allowing D3PA to develop and publish console, handheld, and PC games based on the renowned comic book series. Whether this has anything to do with the previously cancelled Acclaim title, is not known.

Mid April Vivendi announced it had hired former Ubisoft COO Tremblay, but now it seems that this may not go into effect anytime soon. During his Ubisoft days Tremblay was a strong supporter of its one-year non-compete clause barring employees to jump ship to another developer/publisher. Now its seems Tremblay is
