A lot of speculations have been going around lately regarding a possible Battlefield 2 demo. A few weeks ago it was said there would be no demo, then denounced as a rumor, then a demo was announced and so forth. Over the weekend people dug up server screenshots indicating a demo was being tested, which now turns out to be only internal EA server for making Battlefield 2 screens they release to the media. Today EA's Ben Smith put up a notice in the
Planetbattlefield forums that a demo was NOT coming in March, but once it is ready they would of course notify the community.
