Seven years after the end of the devastating One Year War.... The victorious Earth Federation has become corrupt and oppressive, and the elite Titans police force has taken on dictatorial powers. Bandai America Inc. today announced that "Battle Assault 3 Featuring Gundam SEED" has shipped. Available exclusively for the PlayStation2 computer entertainment system, "Battle Assault 3 Featuring Gundam SEED" is the first of the hit Battle Assault series for the PlayStation2 and combines fast-paced fighting action with the gripping storylines from the hit Gundam SEED television series.

In Gundam the player becomes one of the residents on Earth Territories at the beginning of the "One Year War." When creating a character, the player must decide between the Earth Federation and the Principality of Zeon, and work for the prosperity of the chosen nation.

Already an acclaimed name on TV, the game of the massively popular cartoon series - Gundam Battle Assault - will be available this Christmas on PlayStation One, thanks to a partnership between Infogrames and Bandai.
