Miami Judge Wants A Copy of 'Bully' (PS2)

Miami Court Judge Ronald Friedman instructed Take-Two to get him a copy of Rockstar's upcoming Bully game, so he can play and "judge" for himself if lawyer turned crusader Jack Thompson's claim that the game is a public nuisance holds any merit. The court ordered production of the game by tomorrow at 3pm, for his full review of the game while it is being played, up to or more than 100 hours. Regardless of the ultimate ruling on the injunction, Jack Thompson calls this a huge victory against the violent video game industry. To be continued ...

SEGA initially announced that Xbox Live Gold subscribers would have the chance to participate in a free Phantasy Star Universe multiplayer beta test starting today, which has unfortunately been delayed until Monday, and will last until Oct. 18. SEGA will upload the open beta on Xbox Live Marketplace over the weekend so keep your eyes open.
