While Activision will not finalize other financial results for Q2 until after the internal review regarding the grant practices it is being investigated for, it did release preliminary numbers. Nival Interactive announced that it has sold its MMO spin-off Nival Online to an undisclosed party. Nival Interactive said the decision to spin-off its online initiative fits with the company’s strategy to focus on expanding into the global PC and console markets. Terms of the transaction were not announced.
