id Software has released a new patch for Raven's FPS Quake 4. This update brings your retail game to v1.2 and addresses issues and adds gameplay elements throughout single and multiplayer, voice chat in multiplayer, a forcemodel option, fixed pure server auto-downloading, HTT support, smooth stairjumping and 4 new multiplayer maps. This update also fixes the widescreen issue that plagued the v1.1 patch.

More 'SOCOM US Navy Seals' (PS2/PSP) Sequels in the Works

It has been a busy few weeks with early announcements through online retailers and premature magazine covers, and today seems to be no different. EBGames' online website lists for two new titles in SCE and Zipper Interactive's SOCOM US Navy Seals franchise. SOCOM US Navy Seals Combined Assault for PS2 and SOCOM US Navy Seals Fireteam Bravo 2 for PSP are both scheduled for end of 2006, although a SCEA representative was unable, or not allowed, to give any comment.

Already revealed a few days ago, Namco Bandai today announced announced that its Ace Combat action series will be making its handheld debut later this year in Ace Combat X: Skies of Deception, allowing on-the-go air battles and wireless Ad-Hoc dogfights.

'Emergency 4' - French/German v1.1 Patch Available NOW

In Emergency 4 you can either play the 20 mission campaign or choose to try the randomly generated missions. Emergency 4 will feature realistic physics (walls collapsing, fire spreading), simplified controls, as well as a multiplayer mode. This patch will bring your French/German retail game to v1.1 and addresses a multiplayer issue.

'Huxley' (X360/PC) - 5 New Screens

Huxley is a massively multiplayer online first person shooting game utilizing the Unreal 3 engine that takes place in a post-apocalyptic world. Human beings have mutated and are divided into two opposing races, Sapiens and Alternative, who are forced to battle against one another to gain control of the world and its resources.

'Brothers in Arms: Earned In Blood' (PS2/Xbox/PC) - v1.03 Patch Available NOW

Brothers In Arms: Earned In Blood features a new single-player narrative, new multiplayer missions, an all-new cooperative-style game mode, and new weapons and vehicles. Ubisoft has released a new patch for Gearbox's WWII based FPS bringing your retail game to v1.03 and basically adds 3 new skirmish maps to the game. Whether or not this patch also fixes any bugs or crashes is not known at this point.

'Ridge Racer 7' (PS3) In The Works

Japanese magazine Famitsu reports that Namco is working on yet another episode in its Ridge Racer series, and this time for Sony's next-gen Playstation 3 console. Ridge Racer 7 will be produced by Hideo Teramoto, music by Hiroshi Okubo under direction of Masaya Kobayashi. Not many details are available yet, but it is said that RR 7 will support online multiplayer for up to 14 players. More details surely to come during next months E3, so stay tuned for our live coverage.

Stranger will also feature multiplayer, although details beyond "The players may play on their own, or unite in teams" are a bit sketchy.
