Based on the MTV crazy-stunts-gone-bad-on-purpose show Jackass: The Game, developed by Sidhe Interactive, features mini-games, story mode and all the raunchy, and craziness you come to expect from the TV show, with likeness/voices from the real cast.

Xbox Live Going Down for Maintenance Sept. 10

Anybody who logs into his Xbox Live account during the course of the day will be notified that Xbox Live will be down for maintenance, starting at 2:01 PDT on September 10th, for approximately four hours. Whether it is for a fall dashboard update, or preparing for the Halo 3 launch, no further details were provided.

'Mutant' - 15 New Screens & Trailer

Mutant is third person 3D shooter where the main hero is able to use several special abilities, the most significant one is the presence of two more hands that are placed in two hollows in his jacket directly under the arms. Mutant can hold different guns in each hand and he can fire at several targets at once.

Square Enix's TGS 2007 Lineup

Square Enix announced its Tokyo Game Show lineup, where it will show off a multitude of titles in playable form, such as FF Crystal Chronicles: Ring of Fates (NDS), FF IV (NDS), FF Tactics A2: The Sealed Grimoire (NDS), Crisis Core: FF VII (PSP), Dragon Quest IV (NDS), Chocobo's Dungeon: Toki-wasure no Meikyuu (Wii). New footage for non-playable titles such as, FF XI: Wings of the Goddess (multi), Dissidia: FF (PSP), FF XIII (PS3), FF Versus XIII (PS3), The Last Remnant (Xbox 360, PS3), and Dragon Quest IX : Protectors of the Sky (NDS).

SCi Takeover Rumors Surface Again

UK trademagazine MCV is bringing back the long running rumor that Eidos parent company SCi is up for grabs again. An apparent statement from SCi states that it "has entered into extremely preliminary discussions regarding a possible offer," while at the same time mentioning that so far no proposal has been offered, nor does it mean one will be made at all. Possible interested parties are EA, as usual, and also Warner, who not so long ago acquired a 10% state in Sci.
