Blizzard confirms it will have no affect on the current look of the game.

Warner Music Group CEO Edgar Bronfman is not happy with the amount of money games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band pay for licensed songs according to Reuters, saying "The amount being paid to the music industry, even though their games are entirely dependent on the content we own and control, is far too small." Warner label Roadrunner however has stated before that artists' albums, such as DragonForce, have seen a noticeable sales increase after appearing in Guitar Hero III.

Since January 2008 10Tacle stocks plunged from its former high of 14€/share down to a historical low of less than 1€. Cause of the problem was twofold, various properties sold below expectations (Jack Keane, Warfront: Turning Point, Panzer Tactics) while other high profile/expensive titles (Elveon, Totems) got delayed. In March 2008 CEO Michele Pes was replaced by Joachim Magin who laid off 25% of its employees in a restructuring effort and canceled the acquisition of The Games Company. Fate of titles such as Black Prophecy, Elveon, Totems (studio had to shut down), Codename Panzers: Cold War is unknown.

Ubisoft Sues Duplicator for Leaking PC Version Of 'Assasin's Creed'

Ubisoft has filed a lawsuit against Optical Experts Manufacturing, the North Carolina-based company it had used to makes copies of Assassin's Creed on PC. OEM failed to follow its own security measures and allowed an employee to take home a copy of the game, who then uploaded it on the internet six weeks before its official release. Ubisoft claims the leak was downloaded 700,000 times, costing the publisher millions of dollars, and is suing for breach of contract and negligence, asking for $10 million each.
