Embracer Group has entered into an agreement to acquire Dark Horse Media, known for The Mask, Time Cop, Hellboy, The Umbrella Academy, Stranger Things and a slew of 300 other IPs.

Embracer Group, parent company of THQ and Deep Silver, is spreading the holiday cheer by going on a spending spree, acquiring Perfect World Entertainment (known for Neverwinter and Star Trek Online), Shiver Entertainment (former EA Tiburon devs) and animation studio DIGIC.
