Take2 Releases MTV Total Request Live Trivia

Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. announced that "MTV Total Request Live Trivia," began shipping to retailers nationwide today, July 27th 2001. This exciting, fast-paced pop-culture trivia game for the PC, is based on MTV's enormously popular daily show "Total Request Live".

Developed by Hypnotix, whose previous smash hits include the Deer Avenger and The $100,000 Pyramid, MTV TRL Trivia accurately captures the explosive personality and style of the show in a 3D recreation of the set. Engaging players with challenging questions and fascinating information about their favorite musical artists and celebrities, MTV TRL Trivia offers players the definitive trivia experience.

Fans can compete against the computer, or outsmart friends in a frenzy of questions, through 5 different modes of gameplay, which includes the infamous Guess Who, Keyword Speed Round, and Timeline. This ultimate party game will test players' knowledge and quick reflexes in 25 fascinating and diverse categories, with over a 1,000 questions. MTV TRL Trivia will also ship with multiplayer options for up to 4 people.
