Gamer's Gate announced it has signed a digital distribution agreement with Valusoft, known for titles such as Battle for Troy and Sprint Cars: Road to Knoxville, to offer its PC portfolio through Gamer's Gate starting with Prison Tycoon.

"Gamer's Gate is the perfect platform to reach a wider audience and we are thrilled to add a Kids and a Casual section to cater for the great variety of games that Valusoft has to offer, said Theodore Bergquist, CEO of Paradox Interactive and Gamer's Gate. "Particularly Kids games is a category that has been largely overlooked as the digital arena continues to grow expansively and we are excited to increase our offer and services even further."

Gamer's Gate has received attention in Trade media because of its aggressive growth, its technology platform and its ability to attract numerous industry players. Over the coming months, Gamer's Gate will launch a number of complimentary services to improve the level of support for its customers and partners.

The first games from Valusoft to be offered via Gamer's Gate includes best-selling Prison Tycoon, now available on www.gamersgate.com.
