'Command & Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars' v1.04 Patch Details

by Rainier on April 6, 2007 @ 9:18 a.m. PDT

It is 2047 and the stakes could not be higher. Tiberium—a self-replicating alien substance that has infected the Earth—is spreading like a radioactive ice age. The GDI, a high-tech alliance of the world's most advanced nations, is fighting to contain Tiberium, but Kane, the megalomaniacal leader of The Brotherhood of NOD has other plans for Earth. Kane's secret society turned superpower is bent on using Tiberium to take control and transform humanity into his twisted vision of the future. All-out war rages over Tiberium and the fate of the planet rests in the balance.

Battlecast Archive matches are back up and working! An error was corrected on the back-end, so now all of your archive matches are available to click and boot up, start checking out all the hot matches!

Stat Update - So EA are fully aware of the stats and ranking issue and are working hard to address it. Stats are not getting updated quickly enough. Do not worry, it will get resolved. Right now is more or less practice time. EA has not initiated ladder tournaments or seasons or prizes and will not do so until they are comfortable with everything.

EA is also very close to releasing patch 1.04, what they hope to be the last of the emergency patches until the release of the first major bug/balance patch (also heavily in the works).

Patch 1.04 is going to help address the audio-video sync error, further crashes within the lobbies, desyncs related to watching Battlecast matches, and localizing the online multiplayer lobbies.

Please note - the stats issue is not a patch issue, that can be fixed without a patch.
