Disney's A Christmas Carol (NDS)

Disney's A Christmas Carol is an exciting storybook adventure inspired by "Disney's A Christmas Carol," the Charles Dickens tale re-imagined by Robert Zemeckis as a major feature film starring Jim Carrey.

"Disney's A Christmas Carol video game brings a holiday classic everyone knows to a fun new interactive platform," said Craig Relyea, senior vice president of global marketing, Disney Interactive Studios. "The game is sure to provide hours of festive entertainment this holiday season for the entire family."

In the game, playersexperience narrated animated scenes inspired by the film that unfold like an interactive storybook with amazing beauty and detail. The game utilizes many of the unique Nintendo DS features. Players will experience Scrooge's adventure by blowing and speaking into the microphone and using the Nintendo DS stylus to pull, shake, drag and tap the different environments. The English version of the Charles Dickens book is also included in the game, so that fans can read the original text while they play. The rest of the game can be enjoyed in English, Spanish, or French.

In addition, there are several fun holiday activities like singing carols, decorating with holiday ornaments, and cooking recipes from the Victorian era. Dragon Age: Origins (PS3/X360/PC)

Dragon Age: Originsintroduces a dark and gritty approachto the fantasy genre where players must make ruthless decisions and be willing to sacrifice their friends and loved ones for the greater good of mankind. Several downloadable content packs are also now available, including Warden's Keep, The Stone Prisoner and Blood Dragon Armor.

BioWare has also launched a robust package of downloadable content (DLC) for Dragon Age: Origins. The Stone Prisoner gives players access to new environments, items, hours of additional gameplay and the mighty stone golem Shale who can become one of the most powerful party members in the game. The Warden's Keep premium DLC provides players of Dragon Age: Origins with a new dungeon-exploring adventure, new loot including a set of ancient Grey Warden armor, a chance to gain two of six mysterious new abilities, a new base complete with merchants and a party chest to store their hard-earned items. In addition, BioWare has released the Blood Dragon Armor DLC , a set of themed armor that gives players additional protection in combat and will be available for use in both Dragon Age: Origins on the PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 and PC and in Mass Effect 2 on the Xbox 360 and PC.

Players who previously downloaded the Dragon Age: Origins Character Creator to create their player character can now bring their hero to life in Dragon Age: Origins for PC. Screenshots, game data and story information can be uploaded to the new BioWare Social Network as players share great moments of their own personal adventure with other community members.

In Dragon Age: Origins, players take the role of a Grey Warden, one of the last of an ancient order of guardians. Now, as a rising evil threatens to destroy all life, it is up to players to unite the shattered lands and slay the corrupted dragon known as the Archdemon. On this journey, players will need to make critical choices that affect them and various members of their party.

Dragon Age: Origins, rated M for Mature, is available today in North America on PS3, X360 and PC. In Europe, Dragon Age: Origins will be released on Nov. 6th on the X360 and PC and later in Nov. on PS3.

EA Sports FIFA Manager 10 (PC)

EA Sports FIFA Manager 10 gives the player complete control over the teams, players and coaches from creating their own club to becoming their national team's coach or even leading their favorite club to international glory. Inside FIFA Manager 10 all club areas are implemented - from signing new players to training and upgrading your stadium.

For the first time, EA Sports FIFA Manager 10 offers a built-in Online-Mode. "The Online-Mode of FIFA Manager 10 is easily accessible and you can play at least one whole season in one evening with up to eight friends", explains Gerald Köhler, Lead Designer of the FIFA Manager franchise. Designed to take the cooking experience from practice to practical, the game gives players the cooking "chops: they need to create each dish in their real kitchen with ease. Even the most kitchen-phobic of players can master staples such as "Overly Easy Bacon and Eggs" or a "Classic Cheeseburger" and work their way to a tasty "Pan-seared T-Bone Steak with Red Wine Reduction" or "Lasagna Toscana" – perfect for impressing dinner guests, or just the chef.

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier (PSP/PS2)

Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier takes place following the events of Jak 3 as Jak and Daxter seek to discover the cause behind the sudden disappearance of Eco on their planet. Jak and Daxter discover along the way that they're not the only interested factions out on the Brink. As the two race against the clock to save their planet, they find themselves immersed in a war far bigger than they could have ever imagined.

Air combat plays a large role in Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier, comprising nearly 40-percent of the game. As Jak and Daxter journey to the edge of the brink they are faced with floating islands and sky-faring pirates that serve to threaten their existence. As Jak, players will be given control over five different jets, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, which can be customized and enhanced. The flying airbase of a pirate named Phoenix serves as the virtual hangar for Jak's ships. In the virtual hangar players can purchase upgrades using 'scrap metal' collected during missions to improve the turn rates and targeting systems on their ships. Once the ship customization process is complete, players can immediately take off on their next mission.

Daxter plays a more prominent role in Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier.Featuring all new Daxter gameplay, players will explore his 'dark side' as he journeys through the Aeropa sewers in search of dark eco crystals. Transformed into a dark eco-mutated creature, players will be given the opportunity to wreak some destruction of their own in this level devoted to the furry ottsel. Daxter can be used for more than just destruction, however. A new 'Daxter-Jacking' feature lets players launch Daxter onto enemy planes during flight missions to help reduce enemies and produce parts that will help repair Jak's planes.

The independent Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB) has rated Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier "E10+".

LEGO Rock Band (NDS/Wii/PS3/X360)

Combining two of the most popular videogame brands, LEGO Rock Band pairs the fun, customization and humor of LEGO videogames with the multiplayer music experience pioneered by Rock Band. Mountain Sports features six different winter activities where players of all ages can slip, slide and shred their way to victory: skiing, snowboarding, tobogganing/tubing, bobsledding, curling and the biathlon. There are two different control options for almost every activity; players can opt to play traditionally with the Wii Remote, or they can use their Wii Balance Board to navigate a slippery bobsled course or go for big air on a snowboard. There is also an option to use both the Wii Balance Board and the Wii Remote to outmaneuver and blast past the competition with full-body motion control.

Mountain Sports supports up to four players, so everyone can get in on the frosty fun. It is available now for $39.99 on Wii.

The most realistic soccer game on the planet - Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 - lives up to its name by delivering dramatic improvements in the amount of licensed content as well as in-stadium atmospheres and player likenesses. Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron (NDS/PSP)

For the first time ever in the Star Wars Battlefront series, players will be able to fight on multi-level battlefronts both on the ground and in space. Players can start the fight on foot, commandeer a vehicle to battle on the ground or dogfight in space, and land their craft and fight on capital starships. The battles waged on each front are all directly affected by the player's actions, creating a combat experience where every shot fired and every enemy defeated can affect the outcome of a battle on another front.

Star Wars Battlefront: Elite Squadron features a deep and engrossing single-player campaign that spans the entire Star Wars® Saga – and beyond. Players assume the identity of X2, a clone trooper created from the DNA of a Jedi Master. Originally tasked with eliminating Jedi during Order 66, X2 decides to leave his blood-stained past behind and join the Rebellion. However, X2 isn't the only Force-sensitive clone. Star Wars: The Force Unleashed completely re-imagines the scope and scale of the Force and casts players as Darth Vader's "Secret Apprentice," unveiling new revelations about the Star Wars galaxy seen through the eyes of a mysterious new character. Originally released in September 2008, the game quickly became the fastest-selling Star Wars game ever, and has since sold nearly seven million units worldwide.

Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition combines the original Star Wars: The Force Unleashed videogame and three new levels to create the definitive ultimate-evil exploration of the period between the two Star Wars movie trilogies. The additional content includes two levels set on Coruscant and Tatooine previously only available via direct download, and an all-new bonus level available only in the Ultimate Sith Edition package.

The exclusive level concludes the "Infinities" storyline set up in the Tatooine mission, as the Secret Apprentice is sent to the planet Hoth to crush the Rebellion once and for all. While on Hoth, players face Luke Skywalker himself while visiting iconic locations seen in Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back.

Ready? Okay! We Cheer 2 delivers the ultimate cheerleading experience, offering a fun and approachable way to enjoy the challenge and spirit of the sport. Utilizing the Wii Remotes as virtual pom-poms, players follow on-screen Trace Lines for choreographed routines that utilize a full range of arm and body movements. We Cheer 2 is the only cheerleading video game to offer a hit soundtrack of licensed music and features a brand new lineup of 30 heart-pumping songs that will get players charged up and ready to cheer.

We Cheer 2 steps it up with more exciting options than ever before. The game now offers the option to play as boys as well as girls, for a total roster of 45 playable characters, which is more than double the original line-up. Players can also personalize both their character their entire squad with awesome customization options including uniforms, hats, shoes and even facial features like eyebrows and lips. New choreographed routines can be performed in one of more than 20 stages with choices for day time and night time versions of each. For added flexibility, players can choose to perform the diverse array of routines with two Wii Remotes (one for each hand) or use just one in either the right or left hand.

With various difficulty selections and options for single and multiple players, We Cheer 2 caters to all skill levels from newbie cheerleaders to varsity level pros. A Watch Routine option allows players to preview a routine before tackling it themselves. This mode also allows players to take snapshots from favorite spots in the routine which are saved to a photo album that can be shared with friends online through the Message Board. Players can learn the basics in Cheer Camp or get their hearts pumping in Workout mode. Successfully completing challenges in the single player Championships mode allows players to unlock new stages and songs as well as earn Cheer Points that can be used at the Cheer Shop for new outfits and accessories for the squad. Multiple cheerleaders can enjoy We Cheer 2 with options for two players to play cooperatively and up to four players to face-off in competitive Cheer Off modes. With its simple yet addictive gameplay, players will lose themselves in the music and moves as they perfect the routines and earn top spot as captain of the squad.
