'BioShock 2' (ALL) to Have Simultaneous Release, Multiplayer, but No Co-Op

In BioShock 2, you play as the first Big Daddy as you travel through the decrepit and beautiful fallen city, chasing an unseen foe in search of answers and your own survival. New enemies, new dangers and all-new mysteries combine to form a must-have sequel.
For a game that is still not officially announced yet, except for a teaser trailer, there sure is a lot of speculation floating around. Retail outlets Gamestop
and EBGames have Take Two's action/horror follow-up pegged for an Oct. 5, 2009 release, previous indications are that the sequel will feature multiplayer, but certainly no co-op according to 2K's community manager, and according to another spokesman, the game will see a simultaneous release across all three platforms, unlike the original which saw a PS3 edition release a year later.
