Players roam a wild, unmapped landscape with a metal detector and a battered van, sweeping the ground for buried scrap and hauling it back to base for profit or parts. Every find funds the next upgrade, and every upgrade opens terrain that was out of reach the day before. But the light is finite. When night falls, a dark fog creeps in across the taiga — and it will claim its due.

Beneath the salvage loop runs a quieter thread: the player is following an uncle’s trail. Piecing together where he went, and what he found, means earning the trust of locals who would rather be left alone, pushing past washed-out bridges and collapsed tunnels, and staying out long enough to learn what actually moves in the night fog.
