Double Fine's PAX West 2019 Lineup Of Games And Activities

by Rainier on Aug. 22, 2019 @ 6:48 p.m. PDT

PAX West is right around the corner, and Double Fine is excited to share that the team will have some great times in store for attendees!

Double Fine Booth - Hall 6, Booth #6608

  • Psychonauts 2 (Double Fine Productions)

    • Come by in the morning and grab a ticket for a live demo presentation of Psychonauts 2 as Raz and the rest of the Psychonauts dive inside the mind of the dastardly dentist Dr. Loboto – only to find an even more dangerous enemy inside! In the followup to cult classic Psychonauts, Raz will uncover new mental mysteries and use several new powers to crack a case unlike anything he and his psychic squad have encountered before.

  • Samurai Gunn 2 (Beau Blyth)

    • Samurai skills will be tested in Samurai Gunn 2’s hectic 4-player deathmatch. Armed with a sword and a gun with three bullets, players will have to think fast and move faster as every hit results in death.
  • Knights and Bikes (Foam Sword)
  • It’ll be hot off the heels of its August 27 release and available to check out for anyone still contemplating a purchase! Join two best friends, Nessa and Demelza as they ride around on their bikes and explore the fictional British isle of Penfurzy in search of mysteries and treasure. The pair will use their ingenuity and a healthy dose of imagination to take on the wild and use epic gear like frisbees, water balloons and pet geese to vanquish enemies.
  • RAD (Double Fine Productions)
  • RAD is out now on all major platforms, and players who haven’t dove in yet will get their chance at PAX! Set in an ever-changing, radioactive wasteland filled with unknown and unspeakable creatures, heroes delve deep into a broken world, looking for a way to heal the earth. But the deeper they journey into these unknown lands, the more they expose themselves to gnarly toxins which will mutate them beyond recognition, adding all sorts of inhuman new abilities to the players’ arsenal.
  • The Double Fine Action Shop
    • Alongside the games to play, attendees will be able to peruse a selection of fine merchandise from Double Fine and Double Fine Presents titles, including shirts, games, vinyl soundtracks, books, and Pinny Arcade collectable pins, including two new ones from RAD and Psychonauts 2
