Blood Bowl III is a videogame of fantasy football where elves, humans, orcs and other creatures fight for the ball with shoulder charges, kicks, punches and weapons of varying degrees of lethality (and legality by the ref). As the coach, you must give instructions to your players: hinder the progress of your opponents by positioning them in your tackle zone, knock down those who get in your way, and break through to your opponents' end zone to score a touchdown!

All your units can gain experience and receive statistic bonuses or new skills. However, be careful: injuries are common, especially when the referee is a goblin who tends to overlook most forms of violence. Some players may even leave the field limp and lifeless, putting an early and definitive end to their careers.

After the brutal Black Orc trailer, NACON and Cyanide have created a new video to introduce a new team for the video game Blood Bowl 3: the Imperial Nobility.  Full of pride and prejudice, the nobles are known for their counterattacking skills.

Not only is Blood Bowl a popular form of entertainment, it is also extremely lucrative. The rich nobles of the Empire could not pass up such an opportunity to accumulate more wealth and achieve their dreams of fame. They are known for their aggressive defensive and fast counterattacking skills. Their defensive line consists of Linemen, who are extremely difficult to catch, and Bodyguards, who are more than capable of taking their opponents down with them. In attack, the Blitzers and Throwers work together to lead the counterattack. Mainly composed of humans, the Imperial Nobility teams include gentlemen who are not so gentle, supported by Ogres whose power is matched only by their limited intelligence.

With stable lines, skillful passing and excellent mobility, the Imperial Nobility teams make formidable opponents on the field. Money talks and they have lots of it.

Good news for those who can't wait to try out Blood Bowl 3: registration for the closed beta has started! The closed beta will be happening between the 3rd and the 13th of June 2021.

Blood Bowl 3 will be released in early access on PC in September 2021. The final version will be available on PC and consoles in February 2022.

Blood Bowl III is a faithful adaptation of the Games Workshop board game, which is to receive a new edition this year. The game will use the new edition rules, teams (including the new Black Orcs and Imperial Nobility), units and associated skills. The best strategists will obviously be at an advantage, but will that be enough? All it takes is one unfortunate roll of the dice to change the course of a match.
