'Turbo Golf Racing' Reaches One Million Players, Rolls Out Free Pirate-themed Update

by Rainier on Jan. 26, 2023 @ 11:20 a.m. PST

Turbo Golf Racing is a fast-paced arcade-style sports racing game for up to eight players, all competing to see whose speed-putting skills are up to par.

Turbo Golf Racing combines the chaos of multiplayer racing with the skill of golf. Racers flip, glide, and dash their turbo-charged cars down winding fairways as they strike their oversized golf balls toward the finishing cup.

Drive Turbo powered cars to chip, putt and smash your giant ball in a thrilling dash to beat your friends to the finish flag.

Welcome to the future of motorsports. Feel the excitement of fast-paced arcade-style racing as you tee off with your friends in a new exhilarating way. Jump, flip, glide boost and dash with supercharged cars and be the first to get your ball in the hole.

The sky is the limit when your cars have wings. Launch your Turbo powered car into the air and fly past the competition. Fly through tunnels, glide over fans and chase your ball through the terrain and over obstacles. Use the terrain to your advantage, fly over the boost pads, and down the fairway. Avoid the rough and the sand traps. Bend your shots around trees and through canyons. Race to the green.

Shiver me 9-woods: over one million players have now teed-off in Turbo Golf Racing. As a thank you to all players, indie developer Hugecalf Studios has unleashed a fresh new bounty in the guise of the Pirate Update.

Out now, the update sees a pirate-themed event and car items, a community ball event, and two additional levels (bringing the total level count to 57) barrel into Turbo Golf Racing, all for free.

In addition to new content, the launch of the Pirate Update introduces various tweaks and adjustments.
